Please send an e-mail to email@example.com indicating REQUEST FOR RETURN in the Subject line and you will promptly receive instructions and a return authorization number for your return. Be sure to include your order number, date of invoice, and description of item in the e-mail.
All returned merchandise must be repacked in its original packaging with all parts and instructions enclosed, and must be "like new" and in saleable condition. Returns must include a copy of the original invoice. Be sure to package items in an outer shipping box to maintain the quality of the original packaging.
Insurance is highly recommended to prevent shipping loss. We cannot be held responsible for lost, uninsured packages and cannot issue credit for packages not received.
The return authorization number must appear on the outside packaging to allow us to identify the package upon its receipt. Failure to comply may result in the loss of the item or its return to the sender at the senderís expense.
